Brilliance Promenade Deck

Have been on the Radiance and you could walk all the way around the deck, front and back. Is this also true on the Brilliance?

Yes you can on the Brilliance, however, on several days when it was quite windy the bow area was closed off for safety reasons.

If I remember correctly, once you get to the front of the ship, you have to go up a few stairs then when you get to the other side, you go down some stairs.
