Mixed Drink that is DELISH!

Thought I'd share. We had these on our honeymoon at a resort in Puerto Vallarta, and I will be asking the bartender to mix a few up for me on our cruise.

I think they have all the ingredients on board.

 

1 1/2 oz Midori Melon Liqueur

1/2 oz Vodka

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 tsp Lime Juice

 

Mix all in a blender with ice. Pour in cocktail glass, garnish with pineapple wedge.

 

It is so good, refreshing, and most important, you can't taste the liquor......although that could be bad!
