Military Rate Reappeared on Cruise?

I had a July cruise booked (PG rate) that i moved to June (PG rate again)

 

I then decided to splurge & book an aft wrap last week. PVP & I were surprised to see that various Military rates had opened up in a week's time from when i 1st booked the June sailing and they were less than ES.:confused:

 

He said he's rarely seen Military rate come up so close to a sailing (he checked & it was available in many different categories) & wind up $100 or so cheaper than ES.

 

I am wondering if all the hub-ub re the Destiny's problems has caused enough cancellations that there may be some great promos on future sailings? works for me:D
