Toiletries on Board

Hi

 

After many years of going in hotels, we are going on our first cruise on 17 March on Thomson Spirit - Pharoahs and The Promised Land. Can anybody tell me whether (like the hotels), shampoo and shower gel or soap are provided. I know this may sound a really silly question, but if they do, then that is less to pack etc and of course if they don't, you can hardly go down the local supermarket and buy some.

Yes shower gel, soap, shampoo all provided and replenished on a daily basis.

If you want toiletries that are a bit more up-market than the generic versions you get on board you can purchase them at the airport here in the UK. Anything bought after you go through security you can take on the plane with you. I always do this and just leave it on the ship at the end of the cruise. I wonder what they do with the hundreds of bottles of shampoo and gel that are left each week.
