website shore excursion problem...

Good afternnon,

Last week after logging into my Carnival account I was able to look at and even book shore excursions. Now it will not let me and giving me this error message:

 

5104 : Your agency status needs to be verified.

Booking No: XXXXXXXX

 

 

Is any one out there getting the same message or know what it means. I am PIF, and have already received my documents. They also told me the TA had to get in touch with the, but this was from the website guys and it sounded like he was guessing. Your help is appreciate.
