Windstar Drink Cards? Panama March 27 2010

Does anyone have recent experience with Windstar's Drink Cards? Do they offer one that covers all drinks (water/pop/wine/beer/liquor) .. and , if so, cost per day?? Our 14-day cruise is about half sea days, so using one card could be easier than signing for pop or drinks every time? How much is a mid-range bottle of wine vs. bringing a case of wine we like on board & pay $15 corkage?
