Is there a Chili's in PR? Was just curious

Yes, according to their website Chili's has 14 restaurants in Puerto Rico.

There's one in the Condado area, a 10 minute, 25 cents bus ride from the Old San Juan pier area.

how would we get there from the Park Plaza Normandie? How far is it?

The Normandie is the little blue square directly above the 'R' in the label 'Parque Munoz Rivera' on the map.

 

I would walk over; it's certainly less than a mile on a flat sidewalk surface.

 

Check out the area to see if you'd feel comfortable walking back at whatever time that might turn out to be. If you're uncomfortable, just grab a taxi.
