Evening in Curacao suggestion please

I checked the port threads and didn't see an answer to this there. We have been to Curacao before and had a wonderful day enjoying the area near the ship...but what have you folks done during the evening??? The ship is there until 11p.m. so wondered what activities if any were popular choices. Thanks
