Hi G,

 

Are there very many Real Estate Brokers in Phillipsburgh ? I bought a couple of acres in St. Croix back in 97 and would like to peek at what's available on St. Maarten when i'm there on Feb 3rd.... that's IF foreign citizens are allowed to own property there.

No problem at all owning land -- in fact there are NO property taxes.

 

I'd recommend Tendal Real Estate. They've got an office right on Front Street.
