Booking Oasis specialty restaurants

I am sailing on Oasis in November. When will I be able to book a restaurant online? The RCL site says it's not available at this time. It also says that for the spa as well.

About 90 days prior you should be able, give or take a few days. We were able to at about 100 days so when you get to that point, just check everyday to see if it's available.

Book early as these places get sold out fairly quickly. They always leave a few spaces for those who don't book til they're onboard but if you do that you are taking a huge chance and most likely not get a seat.

Well we live in NE Pa. and it's snowing like crazy here. I can't wait til we are on the ship. We actually leave Tues. 3/2/10 for Ft. Lauderdale and stay there for 4 days til we set sail. Can't wait. This website (message board) has been instrumental in planning this trip. Hope to see some of you at the Meet and Mingle.

It seems to vary. On our first cruise, it was 90 days out. On our upcoming cruise in May, it was 110 days out. I suggest that you keep an eye open and also post a notice on your roll call and ask whoever notices the dining open first to post it on the roll call. That way you have more eyes watching out for it. :)

Oh sorry I don't think I worded this right. I have read that when you are booking your reservations on-line you can only book each restaruant once. I was just wondering if you are able to book both lunch and dinner at Giovanni's online.
