Can anyone confirm this? We will be there in about 3 weeks and have been looking at super shuttle, but for 2 dollars more this seems to be the better way to go.

Thanks

Here's the rate info from Long Beach Yellow Cab (888 529 3556).

$2.85 for flag drop and first 1/7 of mile or 30 second wait. $.35 for each 1/7 of a mile to destination, and $.35 for each 47.5 wait time.

With no wait time and no tip, it is $26.27, I used taxifarefinder.com that calculated 9.7 miles distance from the airport to the Queen Mary.

I think SuperShuttle is about the same amount. For an extra few dollars, a cab may be much more convenient.

A flat fee of $30.00 from Long Beach airport to the Queen Mary / Carnival

We just did this April 22, 2010. Taxi is the faster way to go, you have to wait for the shuttle to fill up and they might make stops along the way. You get your luggage walk across the drive to the waiting taxi.

Long Beach airport to San Pedro docks is a flat fee of $45.00
