Mariner Time Zone? Time to zipline & swim w/dolphins?

We'll be on Mariner in May. What time zone will the ship be on?

 

We are going to AquaAdventures for a dolphin swim at 11:15 (which I think is Central Time). Will we have time to go ziplining in the afternoon? Ship is in port until 7 pm.

Most of the time the ship stays on their own time .... wherever you're leaving from (Mariner, I'll assume PST)
