Time for the Beach?

We're booked for a 9:00 a.m. Turtle Farm, Hell, Stingray City Tour. It's 4 hours. Will there be time to stop at 7 mile beach to relax before getting back on a tender? The tour will bring us back to the tender pier. If there's time, what's the best beach and how to get there?

You didn't mention what time your ship leaves. You should be back to the tender area at least 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours before ship leaves. You should be able to stop at 7 mile after your tour. Ask your tour driver to drop you off at the beach. You can then ride the public bus for $2.50 per person back to the pier. We did this after our tour to stingray city. We had a couple of hours on the beach.

The ship departs at 5. Which beach should we ask to be dropped off at? I would prefer one with food, chairs, showers.
