speciality restaurants

I just booked one of the speciality restaurants on the Eclipse for my husband's birthday. Is the amount charged just a cover charge for the restaurant and then you pay for whatever you order off the menus or is that the charge for your meal?

The cover charge includes all the food you get there as well as the base gratuity. Many people find the service exceptional and choose to tip additional.
