Another Beach Question

My husband and I are travelling to Cozumel in March on the Carnival Legend. We're looking to go to a beach this time, but we really like a beach with some foliage a la Chankanaab. We'll probably go there, but I'm interested to know if any of the AI beaches look more like Chankanaab. I'm a wantabe sun person that is an ex-redhead and fair skinned so I need and like those trees! Help!
