newcruiser80 Posted March 2, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 2, 2010 Amazing how there are 7 JS rooms left on my Serenade sailing March 27 and they've stayed strong at 1799, and then two weeks later, there are 8 JS rooms left on Serenade and they are giving a residency discount for 1199. Rationale?
ChipLondon Posted March 2, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 2, 2010 There is no rationale when it comes to RCCL pricing, ever.
Michaelx2 Posted March 2, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 2, 2010 Pricing has been all over the board this year. Admitedly, the last cruise I took was 4 or 5 years ago, but I still got better prices than I've been able to get for my end of April sailing. And as soon as the Promenade rooms sold out, the "listed price" of them went up to 989.00pp. Nearly 2k for an interior room. There appears to be a great number of balcony rooms left so I can only assume they jacked the price of the unavailable rooms so it appears that balcony rooms are just a couple hundred more than interiors. That said, I appear to be on the only sailing that hasn't had a single price drop yet from all the happy people posting savings on here! Still can't wait to go though!
