Facebook - which one do I join?

I am new to facebook and there are a few Celebrity Cruise "friends" on there. I am assuming "become a fan" is how to join but there are a few of them.

 

Anone help me - What are they all about and which type do I join? I would assume I pick one that says Travel in the type:(
