No party boats or booze cruises. Some excursions have drinks but they are secondary.;) Your best bets are places like the Swizzle Inn, Frog and Onion, White Horse Tavern, Hog Penny for a little more action. Bermuda is more laid back than Mexico or the Caribbean..
