And the "introductory" interest rate is fine, but it changes. The OBC is not automatic, though - you have to call and do the certificate thing. CRUISINGCPA Posted May 1, 2010 #28 Share Posted May 1, 2010 One suggestion - when you make copies of your certificates do it on the light setting. Since they are blue they are hard to read. You may have to fax them to get credit. This happened to us on our New Year's Eve cruise, had to fax them because they were "lost" but they couldn't read the faxed copies (too dark). After many phone calls I finally got someone to take the numbers over the phone & credit them to our cabins. A little nerve wrecking as it was only 2 weeks before our sail date!
