How to Find Tour Company

Last year we booked a "Jeep Beach Safari" in St. Thomas via Carnival Splendor's package. The company is owned by a woman, although she was not our guide. It was a fantastic tour and we want to book it again. (We did something similar through Carnival in St Maarten and it wasn't very good.)

 

Any suggestions on how to track down the company that Carnival used in January 2009 would be greatly appreaciated!
