Has anyone done this trip on a Sunday? We will have a rental car, and would like to do this Sunday afternoon after we board but before our ship sets sail at 10 PM. Heard conflicting reports about when they're open for visitors.

Thanks for the info - the only problem is that I have read here and there that they are only open to visitors during certain hours like an hour a day during the week and 1-4 on weekends. (perhaps they were special tours?) I don't want to waste an hour and a half traveling there to find I can't go in! Do you know anyone that's actually gone there?
