Formal nights, etc

We are looking at 4 Nite land, 3 nite sea in Oct. Are there any formal nites on

the 3 nite cruise? Also, we are FLA residents and will have season passes.

Has anyone booked room/cruise separately to get the resident rates?

I just wanted to add that there is no so-called formal night on the 3-night cruise but the night of your rotation that you go to Triton's (their formal restaurant) you can get dressed up. We just cruised in the middle of January and we as a family got all dressed up for the fun of it (I do have two teenage girls) but it also seemed that alot of other people did it too. There were many guys in suits and even some long evening gowns. I think it just depends on what you want to do on your cruise. Have fun!
