Dolphin watch in Gibralter

Hi, does anybody know if the dolphin watch boat trips leaving from Marina Bay in Gibralter (Aug 2010) are accessable to a person using a wheelchair or portable molbility scooter who would not be able to get out of their chair and walk on board the boat? if so can anybody provide us with the name of a suitable operator.
