ANyone off the Millie Eastern Carrib recently?

Anyone have any feedback on their recent Millie sailing? We're leaving in 4 weeks, and I would love to hear about food, excursions, anything. I haven't done ship excursions in years, but are thinking of a few this year. Countryside in DR, El Yunque seems like a relative bargain, even though we've been before, we are going with friends. Will probably do a snorkling excursion in either St. Thomas, Nassau or both, so any thoughts would be appreciated.
