Is there a charge for steam rooms on the ship?

Not on the Crown. I boarded with a sinus infection (non-catchy). The steam room was a godsend. I tried it out the first day and it really helped. I add that to reasons why our cruise was successful.

I love the steamroom also. Was very disappointed last July on the Golden. The ship was just rehauled and already one of the rooms did not work and the other had young teens or tweens horsing around over the first three days, they finally broke the door. I like the rooms when they are inside and the kids can not enter because they have to go through the Spa. The Golden had them out at the Spa pool. I hope the Grand has them inside.

Does anyone know if the steam room on the Caribbean Princess is a "co-ed" or if it is in the mens locker room?

Non are coed- there is a separate (free) steam room in both locker/washrooms rooms in the Spa
