4X4 Safari in Samana Dominican

How rough is the safari tour? It states that people with back problems should not go but is

it really that rough? Is it a big step to get into the 4X4 truck? My brother uses a cane

for stability, would it be too rough for him? He's not that old (59) but had back surgery

a year ago.
