Flag on the fortuna

just wondering from the pictures i see, it looks like the fortuna has an italian naval flag flying. Is this correct, or is it a regular italian flag?

I know the ship is registered in Genoa

The flag is Italian across the entire Costa fleet since they are all registered in Genova Italy.
