Wheelchair accessible beach?

Looking to show my Mom a good time in Grand Cayman...are there any beach locations that are handicap accessible? She doesn't necessarily need to actually get on the beach, but needs to be in a location at least overlooking the beach and in the shade be that at a lounge or area around a pool or something like that.

 

Any ideas?
