Pre view prices and your Oceans discount

Your Oceans discount is not applied or given ,when you book at preview prices, is this a normal Olsen practice or is it a new belt tightening.:confused:

You certainly get the Oceans discount when you make a booking usung pre-view prices. You can also transfer the booking to your travel agent and also get their discount and freebies.

Not according to his website you aren,t.

 

Having gone through the booking procedure on his website and putting in my number ,no discount ,when I went to book at my high st. TA ,Olsen also queried it.:confused:

Thanks for that Sue,I,ve also made enquiries via Travelcare and they have no problem, I think it all boiled down to the girl that we originally spoke to at Olsens.

 

Although I did have a problem with Olsens website.

Booked now for 2011 out of the preview brochure ,got all the discounts and more from my very good high street TA who beat the best internet quote I could find, shopping round and doing a bit of squeezing on Olsen has certainly paid off.

Booked now for 2011 out of the preview brochure ,got all the discounts and more from my very good high street TA who beat the best internet quote I could find, shopping round and doing a bit of squeezing on Olsen has certainly paid off.

 

 

We booked a further cruise on board and got 5% off with Fed however we managed to save a further £600 with our T/A when you book on board the sales consultant gives you the option to transfer the booking, we were able to choose the cabin we wanted and have a look before we left the ship.:D:D
