AK Dreaming Posted March 13, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2010 We are going with a group of 10 and wanted to have a nice dinner with all of us at least once. Any suggestions? I cannot find the menu for the Italian restaurant. However I would lean that way. Would they accomadate 10? I have also seen different prices for the restaurants on different sites. Does anyone who has sailed this year know what the current prices are for the free style restaurants on the Sky?
david_sobe Posted March 13, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 13, 2010 The Italian restaurant can easily accomadate 10 with a reservation. It costs $10 but worth it. You get any appitizer, dessert, and main course you want. I had a pizza appitizer and the chicken paramesan that was really good. I had the cheesecake for dessert. Cagney's steakhouse is $25 but worth every penney. It will be the best steak you ever eat. I went with someone from Argentina who is never happy with any steakhouse in the USA and even they said it was the best steak they ever ate. I did not eat at the other speciality restaurants. Cagney's also has the BIGGEST shrimp cocktail you have seen in your life (included in your price). Crossings is the free sit down restaurant and also very very good. I ate grilled chicken and it was very very good. They also have great appitizers. I think the Itlalian restaurant is open for breakfast too if you dont want to eat at the buffet. I always prefer sit down restaurants than buffets. The buffet I ate at once for lunch. They have some good burgers, a carved meat, hot dogs, fresh fruit, etc. Never had a bad meal or even an average meal on board. Everything was perfect!
