Dream spa

Sailing on the Dream in Jan (yes, a long time away) - I am confused as to what is included in the spa and what items would be extra (obviously I know the treatmetns are $). I understand the Dream Spa has some nice new features -just trying to figure it out.

I am leaving on the Dream March 20 and have a spa room so I haven't had the first hand experience yet but I found this page that lists all the benefits and rooms for the Dream that fall within the spa category. Enjoy!
