Star VS Pearl Alaska

OK, so the quick version is this: Due to the ongoing construction on the Star we have been bumped from our AB and moved to an AF. With our nearly full grown teens this is a little more cramped than we care to be. I am considering swapping over to the Pearl and as I have not been on it, was just wondering if anyone else might have any thoughts on this. I am hoping that NCL will honor the price that I paid for the Star as I got a great promo rate, if not it will be a little better than $1000 more out of pocket for their poor planning:( Any input is appreciated.

We sailed on the Pearl in May 2008. We loved the ship and loved Glacier Bay. It was a wonderful cruise. You will take lots & lots of pictures. Alaska was my favorite cruise. I would choose the Pearl!

If price is close, I would choose the Pearl and Glacier Bay.
