I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all the wonderful RCI fans over here for making the Hounds feel so welcome. Thanks to a lot of you, we have the 9/19 Mariner SOLD OUT! [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img] YEAH!!! It will be my first RCI cruise after 4 Carnival and I"m looking foward to testing new waters, so to speak. I also wanted to invite everybody who could not make this cruise to join the Hounds in their 2005 adventure aboard the new Caribbean Princess. Our rates are just nothing short of amazing, as they were on the Mariner!

So THANKS AGAIN for all your support and friendliness, can't wait to meet all my new friends onboard!

Our first group sailing together was on the Glory and we dubbed ourselves the Glory Hounds. When we decided to try RCI's Mariner, we changed our name to the Royal Hounds. We're basically just bunch of fun-loving, addicted cruisers who enjoy sailing with other fun-loving addicted cruisers! Everybody and anybody is welcome to be a Hound, so join us!

Beveroo, The Hounds come from all over the USA. Our 2004 group cruise has about 175+ going and the 2005 Princess cruise has about 60 Hounds signed up just in the first week. The Hounds that have sailed together before all met here on the boards but lots of people invite other friends and family, that's how we've grown so much each year. I peronally have not met a nice group of people and am so proud to call them my friends! Every cruise with them just gets better and better! We'd be honored to have you be a Hound! I'll let you in on a little secret, we are going to have one more booking blitz week where you can book with only $100 down per person. That week will be June 21st -25th. By booking during that week, you not only get the reduced deposit but you also get a value coupon booklet for onboard discounts. Normally with reduced deposits you can't actually select your cabin and have to do guarentee's but with our rate package we are able to select the cabin of our choice! How great is that?!! More info on pricing, etc.... can be found by clicking the link in my signature.

Hey Kewlguy, not so sure about that. I've sailed both RCI and Carnival, I would do both interchangeably. [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

I'm totally excited to sail on Mariner with the Hounds, my first Voyager class!! We also sailed on Enchantment, which we absolutely loved.

Then I'm going back to Carnival on their new Miracle, which is a Spirit class ship and just gorgeous!

If we love the Mariner as much as we are expecting, then we may not sail Carnival again until they come out with another new ship that is NOT a Conquest class. Yuck.

I just love these crazy Hounds! They are really the most fun, diverse, crazy group you'd ever find. Proud to call them friends, even though I haven't even met alot of them!! [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

I say "PAMMY FOR PRESIDENT." She is an excellent promoter and "Mother-Hen." I accidently discovered this group in January of this year and have never met any of the Hound group but with Pammy's assistance, I have booked three cruises with the group in the next year - "Mariner" in September 2004, "Miracle" in February 2005, and "Caribbean Princess" in September 2005. I never heard of making those kinds of advance reservations before but I am now plus hotel reservations prior to each of the cruises. Jeeeeeesh!!!! What fun this is.
