jeep excursion

hi!

has anyone done the jeep excursion through rccl? we did this with cozumel and loved it. is this a good one with grand caymans? what do you get to see? is lunch good? do you get enough time to get out and look at stuff?

I don't know if this will help or not, but we didn't go through RCCL, we went through Island Marketing. And honestly, there isn't a whole heck of a lot to see on the island, IMO. The best part of the whole tour was stopping at Rum Point beach, and honestly we were there for such a short time it was kind of a bummer.

We did this through Carnival once. And there were other people off other non Carnival ships with us. The jeeps are automatic. We went over to the mangroves and Palmetto Point an d then to Hell and stopped at a Tortuga Rum Store then back to SMB for a lunch; choice of burgers, hot dogs or jerk chicken. We had a good time and enough time to see things when we stopped. Didn't do the turtle farm or sting ray swim, which would have been nice. But we were back at the tender area by 1PM so we had some time to shop a bit. I wouldn't do this again, sorta BTDT.
