Cozumelinsider. Did I get ripped off?

Has anyone booked an excursion through cozumelinsider.com? I booked snuba, and received an email stating that I would hear back from them within 48 hrs regarding finalization/confirmation and further details. It has been 6 days and I still haven't heard back. I even sent them an email on Friday. I'm wondering if they are a legit organization. I gave them my credit card info.

I have never used them but read alot of the reviews which they seem to be happy. They show a toll free number to call Toll Free from U.S. 1-866-732-8375 which would get you to a live person. Emails sometime have a habit of going into the junk/spam folder.
