On travelocity you can get $126 r/t fares with Island Air to most of the islands.

Just remember that Island Air is the only airline that flies prop planes in Hawaii - may be more vibration and motion than you're used to. Also because they're one of the smaller airlines in Hawaii, they fly less flights so time schedule may not work out for you as well. Otherwise, they're fine.
