IE Compensation 30/1 - 5/7

After our less than satisfactory cruise, we have received £400 as a refund for the poor quality of the ship, food and service.

 

seems we were not alone as the really nice girl we spoke to at Thomsons said they had received many complaints and had made a changes based on the negative feeback given.

 

If anyone else was on the ship at that time, I hope you also complained and received a similar refund.
