Want Details: Carnival Cruise ADVENTURE CANALS, RAINFOREST & BANANA PLANTATION

Hi ALL! I was wondering if anyone could provide details on the ADVENTURE CANALS, RAINFOREST & BANANA PLANTATION excursion that Carnival offers? I am having trouble finding any good details online (how long of a bus ride, how long each part of the excursion is, is there food, drink provided?) We are also traveling with a toddler and I am pregnant so I just wanted to know exactly what this tour is all about and what we are getting into...
