Ideas appreciated for second cruise

hi, wife and I did our first cruise this past february on carnival splendor.

we loved the cruise other than weather being a bit cool.

we were satisfied with the food, the casino was fine but a bit larger would have been ok but not a biggie. we really enjoyed the karaoke lounges.

would royal or another line have more variety of food like asian, italian etc?

also we really love to be able to dine outside in the sunshine rather than in an enclosed area.

any input would be great!

Royal Caribbean's larger ships such as the Explorer Class, Freedom Class and Oasis, all offer a wide variety of restaurants and cuisine. Also NCL (Norwegian Cruise Line) has larger ships such as Pearl and their newest ship Epic, soon to be launched, which offer a wide variety of restaurants and a nice choice of cuisine. Restaurants on these ships often carry an extra charge and that charge varies with the restaurant.
