Rare Tapi Posted March 29, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2010 Hello! Do you know when Alaska 2011 will go on sale for Princess? Carnival and Norwegian are now available (and I have secured a cabin on the Norwegian Star), but I'm waiting to see what Princess will have to offer and will be more than willing to switch! Thanks for any input that you may provide!

Thanks for any input that you may provide! I would imagine within the next couple of months it will be available. I know European cruises are now available for all of 2011. ARRTrain Posted March 30, 2010 #6 Share Posted March 30, 2010 There's an un-named cruiseline holding out on the 2011 Alaska schedule until they hear what the Alaska Lawmakers in Juneau will do with the Head Tax. Guess if nothing happens they will pull more ships out of Alaska. Wonder if the Head Tax is cut, if they will add ships?? Few weeks to go to find out what happens. From adn.com: http://www.adn.com/2010/03/25/1199745/parnell-introduces-bill-to-cut.html one company agreed to postpone deployment decisions until May, to see what legislators do. He said he's asked other cruise lines to do the same, and to testify publicly, to make their case for the changes.
