Best Transportation between FLL and Port of Miami?

Hi,

 

We are flying into FLL Sat night and staying at a local hotel. Our cruise departs Sun from the Port of Miami.

 

What is the best way to get from the airport to the port? if you have recommendations for a private car service, that would be helpful as well.

We are using Holland Limousine. A towncar is $81.25 Fort Lauderdale to Port of Miami. This includes the tip.

I did SAS at the end of February. They took us from our Ft. Lauderdale hotel to the POM on the morning of the cruise. Picked us up at POM after the cruise and took us to FLL. They were great!

Another vote for SAS. We just got back from a cruise and used SAS from FLL to a hotel in Miami, pre-cruise. Then again from the POM to a hotel in FLL after the cruise. It was only $15 per person. The drivers were very friendly, professional and prompt. I would used SAS again without a second thought. Have a great time!

What time did your flight land and what day of the week was it? I am also thinking about using SAS from FLL to a Miami hotel the day before our cruise. We will arrive (or plan to) around 5pm on a Sunday. I have responded to a previous email from Steve but haven't heard back yet, which is ok, because we haven't finalized our plans yet and they are for Sept. Hope you can provide some insight!
