Good restaurants near Hyatt Place North?

We didn't have much luck in 2008 or 2009. We're hoping 2010 we'll find a good restaurant within walking distance. Have been to Outback and Five Guys. The other 2 places (Thai in Harbor Mall and Mexican) not that great and bad service. Recommendations for 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 6? Thanks.

We have previously eaten at Waxy O'Conners..right on 17th St. It does get pretty crowded in the evening with a young,but nice,crowd. The food is very good. We were in FLL last week and ate at Chuck's Steak House. Very good food but I would suggest getting there before 7pm...get very crowded

Thanks. We're travelling with 4 kids under 6 so we usually eat around 5ish. I did notice from the past few years that the restaurants get really busy after 7pm.

Have you tried Kelly's Landing. Good food and reasonable prices for sea food. Local joint.
