Aroxen Posted April 1, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Hi Andy, Thansk for posting the new cruise scheudle. I'm new to cruising and Azamara. I will take my first cruise next month. If I'm interested in future Azamara cruises, it it better to book far in advance (now) when the new scheudle is released? Or will I find better deals on board? Thanks! It's really like the chicken and egg theory. You probably wont find better pricing onboard, but you will likely be offered an onboard booking credit (for your future sailing). That's great, but by waiting, you run the risk of losing the best available cabins and potential price increases. If you feel the itinerary you seek, is in great demand, I would probably opt to book now. You should weigh all of this, and figure out which is the best option for you. If you have further questions, feel free to ask. Enjoy your Cruise !

greyhound101 Posted April 1, 2010 #6 Share Posted April 1, 2010 My itinerary for my Baltic cruise this year is far superior to what is being offered next year. Quite a difference.

Paulchili Posted April 1, 2010 #8 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Check out Oceania - they have a couple of 14 day cruises in that area in the fall of 2011.

I feel they were specifically designed to allow for both short cruises and b2b and b2b2b itineraries. Floris

Floris That is their plan, but I don't think it is the same unless you are really just using the ship as a hotel. The momentum is broken up with repeat Welcome Aboard speeches and Farewells. Likely the same entertainers will be on-board for 7 nights and prices will never be as good. SilverSeas does this but most itineraries I believe are at least 10 nights.
