Ever stay @ Hilton Miami Airport?

We stayed there overnight about 3 years ago. But we didn't leave the hotel until next day to get a rental car and left for Orlando. We ate at the restaurant there and liked the food. We would stay there again, it was a nice hotel.

I stayed at another hotel, and went to the Hilton for drinks on a Friday night. They had a good female singer in the lounge. It's a good mile walk to Publix and a few casual restaurants; there is nothing else around other than hotels.

thanks for the information, we got the room about $60 less than the regular rate so can't be that bad, has to be better than the la quinta or the day inn miami aiport east! Stayed there before won't make those mistakes although la quinta wasn't horrible just run down and nothing around.

We stayed there before our cruise in 2005. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and thought it was good. The hotel and outside grounds are very nice. We didn't go out anywhere and stayed there for the whole time. We were there for only 1 night. We would definitely stay there again, but if you are looking for more things to do, I suggest staying somewhere downtown near Bayside Marketplace and the Port.

That sounds great. I have stayed at the Miami Airport Hilton serveral times in the past and always enjoyed the facilities. The stores mentioned that are located 1 mile away could make for a nice walk if the weather isn't too hot. Have a great trip !! :)
