seniormom Posted April 4, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2010 I faxed a Gifts & Gear order form to Royal Caribbean over a week ago for an April 11 sailing -- surprising my parents with some goodies when they arrive on the ship. However, I've heard nothing back. The fax form says you will receive an email when the order is received and another one when it is processed. Since I haven't heard anything, I'm wondering if they have my order. Anyone have experience ordering via fax and how long it took to get a response? Thanks! Now I can't wait for my parents to get back from their cruise and tell me how much they enjoyed their champagne and choc covered strawberries!
