Can we drop our bags at port in the late am for the Brilliance then hit the Maritime Museum?

But yes you can--easily. There is a bus from the terminal back to the foot of Las Ramblas and you can walk or take a taxi from there. Barcelona is a beautiful vibrant city--I hope you get to see more than the museum!

You can drop off around 10.00 hrs at the cruise terminal your bags.

 

The port bus costs 3.00 EUR return (2.00 EUR single) which brings you to Columbus Column.

 

From here it's two minutes walking to the museum.

 

 

You see the bus: It's the terminal at the Columbus Column (behind you see the foot).

 

Left is the tree and just behind to the left it's the Maritime Museum. So really no need to take a taxi from here.
