Bollinge Posted April 5, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2010 A couple called the Preismans have fastidiously published all the Azamara menus on their website, together with many food photographs. Moreover the menus are legible! Go to their website, click the button for S.E. Asia, then the button for Menus/Food. http://www.thepreismans.com/ Many thanks to the Preismans, and to Dr Koob who drew my attention to it. Mike and I have always found it impossible to resist good food. It has taken me a whole month, but finally I am back to my pre-cruise weight! :D
Paulchili Posted April 5, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 5, 2010 CAPinBoynton, Thank you for that incredible piece of art. I can imagine how much work went into assembling this and it is much appreciated. Menus (and pictures) look delicious - can't wait for our Sept. cruise. Thank you! 90% of the credit though has to go to Mike. He takes the pictures (5,424 this time) and writes most of the review. I just do the photo album, proofread the review (several times!) and add a little to the writing. It usually takes us about a month. Enjoy your cruise. Azamara should take a cue from you and post sample menus and pictures on their site!:D But if they did that, then I wouldn't have anything to do at dinner. :D Glad you liked them. Bollinge, Thanks for your post. We are glad you enjoyed it so much.
Rare MVPinBoynton Posted April 5, 2010 #8 Share Posted April 5, 2010 Does anyone have a photo or copy of the Aqualina and Prime C dessert menus. For some reason, I didn't take any photos of them and I would like to be able to put the proper name on the dessert photos in my review. Any help would be appreciated. Susan-M Posted April 5, 2010 #9 Share Posted April 5, 2010 Carol, Once again, an outstanding job on your review! Thoroughly enjoyed reading it and seeing your amazing photos! I'm on Tripadvisor a lot these days, preparing for a land trip to Hong Kong, Vietnam and Cambodia, and saw a post from someone asking how to spend their day and a half while their cruise ship was in Halong Bay. Hope you don't mind that I posted a link to your site .... if it's a problem, pls. let me know and I'll ask to have my post removed, but thought since you publish it here, you might not mind having it posted on TA. Of course Susan, that's fine. In fact, Mike wrote a few paragraphs for TA about our Bangkok guide Tong. She was great.

Susan-M Posted April 6, 2010 #13 Share Posted April 6, 2010 Carol & Mike, Your site was a big hit with the poster on TA who was looking for ideas for Halong Bay ... she was very grateful to have it for reference (not just for that port, but for others that she has in common with the ones you visited)! mom&me_cruising Posted April 7, 2010 #18 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Thank you Carol and Mike. What great pictures! Really enjoyed the detail reviews. I am getting very hungry looking at the menu and the food pictures. How many plates can one order at a meal? :o There are so many items I would like to try. Does the buffet offer similar items as the main dining room? Maybe it would be less embarrassing if I get small portions at the buffet so I can try multiple items. Rare MVPinBoynton Posted April 7, 2010 #19 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Since we only went to the buffet three times when they had special buffets, I don't believe the same items were available in the dining room. If there is something that you want to try but not order, just make an order for the table. We did that with the pasta dishes. It is easy for everyone at the table to put some on their plate to try.
