Serenade 8602

Anyone know if this cabin has a larger then standard balcony? I read that 8600 has a tiny balcony.

It is a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit larger than the "normal" but is also an odd shape. At first I didn't think we would like it but we did enjoy it very much. Basically it is just a "normal" balcony. You won't be cramped but it isn't what I would consider "spacious" either. Just a nice "normal" balcony to hang out on and relax. Cabin is a great location on the ship.

It looks larger because of the bump, can it fit a lounger?

I don't think so. Or maybe one lounger if you remove both regular chairs.

We have cabin 8600 on our next cruise in December. We origanally had 8602 but we had friends who wanted a jr. suite so we deceided to switch to 8600 because we got a good deal. 8602 does have a larger balcony that fits 2 lounge chairs and a couple of chairs (we had this cabin on EOS)

I think 8602 on EOS is a differnt size than 8602 on SR though. Just a thought....not totally sure.

Explorer is a Voyager class ship; Serenade is a Radiance class ship. Totally different layout and cabin-numbering scheme.

My friends had 7602 On a Radiance class ship (Jewel). Their balcony was small. Could only fit 2 regular chairs. Not sure if 8602 is any larger.
