kayaking/paddling Vigo or Malaga

We are going with RCI on Independence of the Seas this summer and considering going on one of the ships tours either in Malaga or Vigo, Kayaking/paddling.

 

Has anyone done one of these? Would you recommend it? What was the age range of people who went on the excursion?

In Malaga I will suggest either taking a cruise shore excursion to Alhambra or DIY to Ronda (you can rent a car).

 

I have never been to Vigo.
