During the opening scenes of tonights episode of V on ABC there was a Celebrity ship in the Sydney harbour? Any ideas which ship it might be? Anyone else see that?

Yeah, looked again--definitely an M-Class ship.

It had to be either Mercury or Millennium. Mercury had it's last cruise there in Feb. 2008, so it's probably the Millie.

Does anyone have a picture they can post? My friend was on the Millennium in Sydney in 2008 and she'd love a picture. I googled it but nothing came up.

Thanks, but was looking for the picture from the show. It looked pretty cool on TV to see the ship docked near the Opera House and the Alien ship in the skyline.

The ship was docked at the foot of Sydney Bridge, with the Opera House right across the harbor. It's a spectacular port.

I'm sure they did. Anymore, any product placement is paid for.

It looks like the Millennium - you can see the glass elevators mid ship- I think that was a feature on only the M-class ships not on the Mercury or Century.

In 2011 and 2012 I think the Millennium and Century will visit Australia and New Zealand.

We were watching this as a family the other night and DD (10) exclaimed - That's our ship! That's our ship!

She was pretty close, the elevators make it pretty clear that its an M Class vessel - Checked the recent sailing history and the only M class to call on Sydney was M.

 

We chuckled that we saw "X on V" and got more excited ubout our upcomming Summit Cruise. :)
